OVERVIEW —
The WLN philosophy is to help you break free from conventional dieting (like counting calories, eating less, and wasting your money on unneeded supplements!) and instead teach you how to balance your unique lifestyle with health behaviors that are both sustainable and effective. Through integrative wellness, we work together to reach your goals and fix the root cause of symptoms.
How To Get Started —
Each service is completely personalized to help you feel your best. You will be guided the entire way, whether you want to improve your overall health, understand nutrition and meal plan, manage a disease, rebalance your hormones or improve digestion.
The following services include four, six, or twelve month memberships. While there are options for all types of clients and their needs, the most successful programs will range between sixteen and twenty-six weeks in length. Overall, the backbone for each service is centered around an initial consultation (1-2 hours) and several follow up sessions/ongoing treatment. All services are extremely flexible and tailored to meet your individualized needs. Additionally, each membership is available as a couples/family option and sessions can be purchased individually - memberships are not mandatory.

Contact me to receive a pricing list and set up your first appointment. Starting with an initial consultation can point you in the right direction.
Next you'll be registered as a new client, where you complete the necessary intake forms and questionnaires to fill out prior to the first session.
Every membership begins with a 60-90 minute consultation for the Dietitian to start getting to know you and begin a personalized plan for your unique needs. An assessment and evaluation will be completed pertaining to your current and past health history and we will discuss your overall goals and needs. We will also go over your intake forms (intake forms are for you to complete prior to the consultation) so that the I can go over your forms beforehand and generate discussion and questions unique to you!
MEMBERSHIPS —
These programs are for the highly committed Wellness Warriors! They go above and beyond basic nutrition advice and designed for those ready to make long-lasting changes utilizing integrative coaching and behavior modification techniques as the foundation to success. You’re ready to reach your health and wellness goals, once and for all. Knowing nutrition information is simply not enough, implementing real change takes a little extra time and commitment. As a result of research showing that the most successful programs last between 16 and 36 weeks, these memberships are designed with a minimum of 16 weeks to ensure your success.

You have some type of health condition or illness that requires medical nutrition therapy and integrative and functional disease management.

Additional Services

Meet with the dietitian for assessment and guidance of dietary intake, activity and stress levels, medical history, and personal goals.
This is for you if —
You simply want to make sure your diet is up to par and that what you’re doing is right!
You're not sure where to start. You might need a membership, you might need accountability... this consultation with the Dietitian will help you figure it out.
ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM
Sometimes we just need some external support to hold us accountable. During the consultation we’ll discuss goal setting and figure out which self-management techniques fit your personality and lifestyle and choose 1 – 2 that you will commit to over a month-long period (food journals, text check-ins, habit trackers, or meal photos); includes four weekly mini follow ups (mini follow ups last 15-20 minutes each).
This is for you if —
You feel pretty confident about your overall nutrition knowledge yet you have trouble sticking to your health plan – aka you find yourself either “on or off”.
You struggle with only minor symptoms, health conditions, and/or stubborn weight loss.
You want short term support (this program lasts 5 weeks).

Get a personalized meal plan based on your health needs, food preferences, lifestyle goals, and any medical conditions. Meal planning is important whether you are cooking for yourself, a few people or your entire family, and provides a variety of benefits. It can save you time and money, help make grocery shopping more efficient, and improve your eating habits. After completing the meal assessment, you get —
Two or four weeks of customized meal plans based on your individual and/or family's needs
5 or 7 days a week: choose between breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner + snacks if desired

Grocery lists
Ability to swap recipes
30-day access to the meal plan platform so you can swap recipes or make changes

SUPERMARKET TOURS
Supermarket tours allow you to become an informed consumer and expert in product and nutrition labels. During our sessions we will have discussions related to products and labels, but the tours help you put this knowledge into action, maximizing your health and wellness goals.
We’ll walk through your preferred supermarket learning vital information such as the layout and placement of products, their marketing techniques to get you to buy certain foods, which products I recommend and why, and most importantly how to properly read food labels so that you can decipher between items and choose the best product for you, your family, and your personalized needs.
